7th grade health requirements

Hawai'i law requires all students to receive a physical and get the following vaccines prior to attendance in 7th grade or higher:

• Human Papillomavirus (HPV)
• Meningococcal Conjugate (MCV)
• Tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis (Tdap)
